Frans Alexander Villa

This project was a complete renovation. The Villa overlooks the golf course and ocean and was divided into residential and Office space.

The downstairs consist of two spaces a Residential with 2 large bedrooms both ensuite, a large entrance and foyer, kitchen and open plan lounge and dining area which leads on to the pool area. As well as a laundry room and domestic quarters with ensuite.

The second is the office space which consists of 1 large office and fabric library area, a reception area, guest loo and second office.

The upstairs of the Villa consists of two large bedrooms both with ensuite, a galley kitchen, lounge and dining room that leads on to a patio.

The roof top has been converted into an entertainment area with braai facility with beautiful ocean views.
